We support the industry initiative called "Exceptional Energy", initiated by the major actors of the LPG Branch. Its goal is to brand LPG for lobbying purposes. This project was launched in Vienna at the European LPG congress that took place there in May 2009.

LPG is a lower-carbon fuel with an extensive range of applications. It is cleaner than other fossil fuels, highly energy efficient, good-value and available everywhere. LPG actively helps contribute to the mitigation of climate change.  For instance, switching from kerosene to LPG in Indonesia, or from wood to LPG in Africa by using LPG cylinders as a cooking fuel, can significantly reduce the impact on the environment and even reduce deforestation
