Design office

The design office is composed of about twenty multi-talented employees: mechanics, computer scientists, electricians, automaticians ...who are able to produce complete studies for the design, manufacture and test of specific machines.

The R&D team is also in charge of new machine and application development. Today, we have 15 active patents, such as: transmission of data for the CAPM system, machine to change the valves (joint patent Siraga-Aygaz Turkey), etc...

The Design office is furthermore in charge of norm and technology follow-up.

More than 10,000 m² of workshop

A wide area of our workshop is dedicated to testing our machines in conditions resembling actual operations. This area enables us to check the conformity of the goods to be delivered with the requested specifications.

Painting booth

Painting booth

In order to improve both environmental protection (reduction of VOC emissions - Volatile Organic Compounds-) and efficiency, we have installed a new electro-static powder painting booth. Solvent emissions into the atmosphere are thereby reduced to zero.

This new process produces a better finish, and an improved impact and corrosion resistance.

Warehouse: more than 37, 000 references

Siraga warehouse

Our production is entirely computer controlled. Automatic calculation of requirements, delivery programme control, log sheets, checking and production processes are all automatically set up and enable us to follow up orders in real time.

Pre-assembly workshop

Assembly

The pre-assembly unit was created a few years ago in answer to the growing success of our ULIS PLC and its generalisation onto all our machines.

We currently produce this item by in-house series production and all PLCs are tested before fitting.

Pallets & Racks

The special pallet workshop with its robotised production line enables us to offer finished or semi-finished products at very competitive prices. Flexible working hours enable us to satisfy a strong demand.

We use a subcontractor in the same industrial area for  galvanising.

Painting is done in-house, notably thanks to the new painting booth which produces high -quality results.
